These moist pumpkin muffins are swirled with rich and creamy chocolate SunButter. They're also so quick and easy to make and bake with the most perfect swirled and domed muffin tops!
WHAT YOU NEED all purpose flour baking powder baking soda pumpkin pie spice kosher salt pumpkin puree granulated sugar light brown sugar vegetable oil large eggs vanilla extract sour cream chocolate SunButter
1. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Set aside. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin and sugars followed by the oil, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream. 3. Pour in the dry ingredients and mix to combine.
4. Fill each liner half full with the muffin batter. Shake the pan to help level out the batter. Spoon a teaspoon of Chocolate SunButter in the center of each muffin. 5. Fill the liners with the remaining muffin batter. 6. Place a heaping teaspoon of Chocolate SunButter in the center of each muffin. Use a toothpick to swirl in the chocolate.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean with a few moist crumbs. 8. Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack and enjoy warm or at room temp.
