Start by browning half of the butter, and pouring it over the other half of chilled butter. This will cool it rapidly to reduce wait time.

and then the marshmallows and chocolate are folded in. Allow the dough to chill for 1 hour for the butter to solidify.
Once chilled, scoop out 1/2 cup cookie dough balls, roll in cinnamon sugar, and shape into tall cookie dough balls.
To get a gooey center, slightly under bake the cookies and allow them to cool. Then enjoy!
