Description
This raspberry paloma is so refreshing with sweet mashed raspberries, tart grapefruit juice, tequila, and a splash of ginger beer. I’ve also included a mocktail version in the recipe notes!
Ingredients
Raspberry Smash Paloma (makes 1 cocktail)
- Handful of fresh raspberries (8-10 berries)
- 1/2 oz – 3/4 oz agave, depending on your preferred level of sweetness
- Juice of 1/4 lime
- 1.5 oz blanco tequila or mezcal
- 2 oz pure 100% grapefruit juice
- Ginger beer, to top off
- Mint leaves, raspberries, and grapefruit slices for garnish
Instructions
Raspberry Smash Paloma (makes 1 cocktail)
- Add the raspberries, agave, and lime juice to the bottom of a cocktail glass.
- Mash up to fully break down the raspberries.
- Add ice and pour in the tequila and grapefruit juice. Top off with a decent splash of ginger beer.
- Stir, garnish, and enjoy!
Notes
MOCKTAIL – For a mocktail alternative, leave the tequila out and sub in a bit more ginger beer. Or if you have a preferred zero proof tequila, that can be used instead.
